Cross River Rail Precincts – Roma Street (Brisbane Live)

Building Queensland is developing the Cross River Rail Precincts – Roma Street (Brisbane Live) Detailed Business Case in partnership with the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority. The detailed business case is investigating the development of a new arena of 17,000–18,000 seats located on a large deck structure built over railways, roads and property. The proposal includes ancillary facilities to support the arena’s operation as well as public spaces and active transport connections with other CBD locations.

The business case is expected to be completed in Q4 2018.
