These are unfunded proposals that Building Queensland recommends the government consider further developing or are ready for investment consideration.

Building Queensland’s Infrastructure Pipeline includes both economic and social infrastructure proposals where the estimated capital cost is greater than $50 million. The Pipeline is set out by stage of development to provide visibility of a proposals current status.
